    Tim was my service manager and he was professional and went out of his way to make sure that everything I asked for was done. He communicated with me several times to give me updates and share the progress of the service. He is truly a gem and provided the absolute best customer service.

    It cost $258.21 to replace a Fuel Filler Cover Door, that should have qualified for replacement under my Luxcare XT Warranty (Exterior & Interior Protection), that cost me $895.00 when I purchased the vehicle. And I was told by the sales representative & financing officer that it covered everything from bumper to bumper. Technically the fuel filler cover door operates by a hinge, which is what failed, and which is listed specifically in the Luxcare warranty covered items list.Actually, I would like either a refund of the total repair cost - for misrepresentation of warranty coverage - or a full refund of my $895.00 purchase price of the Luxcare warranty itself. In addition, I was told that a replacement seatbelt buckle (middle/rear) would cost $255.00, which I declined du to the exorbitant price. I was offered no other possible recourse to restore functionality by the service technician. The next day, I brought my vehicle to Lilliston Ford across the street, who blew out a tiny stone from the seatbelt buckle using compressed air - at no charge - restoring perfect function.

    it was veery good! No one tried to get me to do other things to my car that i didnt want or need! I come from a family of mechanics,so I know somethings about cars. ( older cars).
