Charged me for a service that was not performed. Tire rotation was not completed. Here it’s common

Service department is incomparable. Always friendly, courteous and willing to listen. Much prefered over regular repair shops. All staff is pleasant and speaks to you when they pass. Salepersons are helpful but not pushy.

From start to finish it could have not been better!! Our salesperson Trinity was WONDERFUL, knowledgeable, and an owner of the same make vehicle we were interested in. The finance manager Jessica found us a GREAT loan rate. The two of them made it a very easy choice and purchase. This has been the best experience I have ever had in getting a car. I will be recommending RK to anyone who will listen.

Vehicle was returned dirty. The seat, steering wheel and door had Grease on them. The communication from the service department was good but going forward I'll go a little further back to Bridgeton Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac.

They did a good job with the service and the recall while I waited in the lounge.
