Service department is incomparable. Always friendly, courteous and willing to listen. Much prefered over regular repair shops. All staff is pleasant and speaks to you when they pass. Salepersons are helpful but not pushy.
From start to finish it could have not been better!! Our salesperson Trinity was WONDERFUL, knowledgeable, and an owner of the same make vehicle we were interested in. The finance manager Jessica found us a GREAT loan rate. The two of them made it a very easy choice and purchase. This has been the best experience I have ever had in getting a car. Vehicle was returned dirty. The seat, steering wheel and door had Grease on them. The communication from the service department was good but going forward I'll go a little further back to Bridgeton Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac.

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever been to. My truck has been there 3 times and the problem still isn’t corrected. To make matters worse the last time my truck was there the service manager somehow dented the hood of my brand new 2022 Silverado. RK Chevrolet Dealership, our first time to visit and we came in to browse only, but left in purchasing a Subaru. Our sales rep., (Joseph) was courteous and very helpful in providing us with details of the car.

Easy on-line appointment, easy access to service doors, service agent was professional, main reason for service was milage dictated oil / filter change and tire rotation. However, we had one other concern regarding what seemed like unusual play in the drive train when parking whether on flat or hilly surfaces (1st time owning Colorado Truck so was not sure what was normal). I brought my Corvette to RK Chevy for an oil change. The service was excellent. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. The shuttle was very convenient for me.
I had a coupon for Bennett Chevrolet where I bought it. Asked to use it at Rk Chevrolet. It was for a $14.95 oil change. Leonard Dietz in service said no I can’t use it here. I had to pay $65.71 for an oil change. Shame on you Chevrolet for being so greedy! How can you make that better for the average customer? Maybe my next car should be a Nissan or a Ford.

Steve Magee was great from the beginning to the end! I might have found a couple prices slightly cheaper to start but we went with our gut and chose Steve because he gave an immediate response to our inquiry. We simply asked for your best price with everything included with no games of going back and forth and Steve did that immediately. They advertise what they don't have KIA Telluride. Made me drive to their location 35 miles and then I was told it was sold A week a go.
I have had my car serviced many times and have always received great service. Everyone is always very friendly and do everything they can to assist you.
The cost of wipers 25.00 was ridiculous!! Had to wait 2 hrs for delivery for blades that were 17.00.What I thought would take no more than 2 hrs for this process it took 4.5 hrs. Inexcusable!! I was told blades went to wrong location. I could've walked to auto zone and gotten blades myself. Never will I come back to RK for inspection or anything else.
I was recommended to go here by my insurance. The collision department said a week. Then 2. Then another day! I asked when I dropped it off if they had all the parts they needed, they assured me they had everything and my Jeep would be done on time. Ha! I will NEVER go here again. I took my chevy cruze to have work done on it because it was leaking coolant and its under warranty. They said they couldn't fully diagnose the problem until I drove my car around and let the dye get thru but wanted to pay a $300 diagnostic fee since they didn't fix my car. All these idiots want to do is sell cars. The rest is BS. I bought a brand new truck from them and I wanted Rhino liner installed in my bed. These geniuses used a poor grade spray on liner that flakes off if you set anything on it. It is a pickup WORK truck. The liner looks like crap and has body paint showing where this cheap junk was applied.

Purchased a good used car a couple years ago, last week. R.K's been emailing and calling me for a week to possibly purchase another vehicle. I wanted a newer model anyway. After waiting forever at the sales desk, he came back and said they would only offer me half of the price, I still owed, as a trade in. Never had this bad of an experience ever, at any dealership!!! I contacted Rk Chevrolet on line about a 2016 Malibu within minutes they called me asked what I was looking for ,I gave them the the year and color they said they would get back to me. Lies, Don't want to fix car, paperwork incomplete,runaround for a month,lack of customer satisfaction, registration not in in time for tags and possibly can't drive car because paperwork was sent so late. I went in looking for chevy cruze diesel, they had only one which was a demo. When I told them I didn't want a demo and what I did want in the car they took about 5-10 minutes to find what I wanted. We negotiated a very fair price and closed about 5 days after we started( most of which was my bank for my auto loan) Dev'n came in on his day off to finish the deal on my time. Great customer service and friendliness.

I brought my car in for service and not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, the bill was considerably less than the original estimate. My car was fixed within 48 hours and I was happily back on the road. Lou explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. I recently stopped at RK Chevrolet for a jammed/broken glove compartment. Being a plastic piece and after the glove box becoming jammed I pulled on it and the handle snapped off. I was also having a problem with the zipper on the back of the passenger seat. This place is a complete waste of time! DO NOT go here no matter what deal they are offering.. It's a big scam b'c they just add it into the MSRP. Went to purchase a new car, took a test drive, they looked at my trade and said they would call me with a price. I told them I had competitive pricing. They said they would evaluate my trade and get back to me. I'm still waiting. I traveled 30 miles based on the recommendation of a neighbor. Never again.
